Yoga Training At Two Rivers
At Two Rivers our Yin Yoga and Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga teacher trainings are offered as interconnected pathways into stillness, awareness, and healing. These trainings are led by Pamela Grosam, E-RYT® 500, YACEP approved educator who brings nearly 30 years of experience in the healing arts into the classroom. Rooted in a deep connection to Yin Yoga and informed by her work as the creator of Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga, Pamela’s teachings invite practitioners to understand Yin not only as a physical practice but as a profound method of energetic, emotional and spiritual transformation. Whether you are new to teaching Yin Yoga, longing to deepen your personal practice, or feeling called to explore the integration of meridians and acupressure in a mindful, embodied way, these trainings offer a supportive and intentional space to learn, listen, and grow.

Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga Training - 22 Hour Teacher Training
The Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga training course is unique as it combines the practice of Yin Yoga with acupressure techniques along the meridian pathways. This training not only teaches you the meridians but also offers you the additional knowledge of acupressure. You will learn the pathways of the Chinese meridian system and how to safely and accurately apply acupressure while practicing the yin poses.
With 50 years of combined acupressure and Chinese medicine expertise, we will teach you the basics of the meridian system, the fundamentals of acupressure, and applications to help achieve an in-depth understanding and connection between Yin Yoga and the meridians.
You will learn detailed acupressure applications for many of the traditional Yin poses as well as acupressure protocols for the arms, head, back, abdomen, and face. Our 188-page full color Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga training manual comes with the training. It includes the complete training course plus many acupressure secrets and prescriptions, like Pamela’s acupressure recipe for boosting the immune system, and many extras that you will not find anywhere else. Our manual has enough material for you to be creative in the classroom and grow your practice for years to come.
After completing this course, you will be able to confidently and effectively lead a Yin Yoga class with meridian expertise. You will be able to offer acupressure while instructing your yin students and in a private setting, you will not only be a Yin Yoga teacher, you will also be an acupressure specialist.

Yin Yoga Training - 18 Hour Teacher Training
Upcoming training:
Next training dates coming soon
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that nourishes the connective tissues, joints, and fascia while cultivating balance in the nervous system. By holding postures for longer periods of time, practitioners are invited to soften beyond the surface layers and explore a deeper mind-body-spirit connection.
This practice offers the perfect complement to more active "yang" styles of movement, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, running, or more athletic practices. Just as the body benefits from strength and activation, it equally requires stillness, release, and surrender to support true balance and overall well-being.
Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, listen inward, and honor the wisdom of stillness. It is both deeply restorative and profoundly transformative.
