Shiatsu and Tuina are traditional forms of Asian bodywork performed through loose, comfortable clothing. Using acupressure and rhythmic techniques, these therapies work with both the physical body and the meridian system to support the smooth flow of Qi. As energy begins to move more freely, tension softens, pain is relieved, and the body returns to a more natural state of balance.

Intuitive healing sessions may include a blend of Shiatsu/Tuina, Reiki energy work, Intuitive Channeling/Angel Healing, and Sound Healing. Each session is tailored to your unique needs with intuitive guidance from your angels and spiritual guides, ensuring a deeply personalized experience. If you prefer, your session can focus exclusively on the manual therapies without the channeling element. The goal is to create a harmonious, healing experience that supports your body, mind, and spirit.

Raindrop Therapy is a deeply detoxifying and healing modality that utilizes seven pure essential oils and two specially blended oils. Each oil is applied along the spine in a unique "raindrop" technique. Following each application, I use specific hand healing techniques and gentle massage to help the oils penetrate deeper into the spinal column and throughout the body. The oils, sourced from Young Living and known for their purity and potency, offer powerful cleansing, relaxing, and revitalizing effects. This treatment helps promote balance, release tension, and support overall wellness.

Acupuncture is a medical system that has been used to diagnose, treat and prevent illness for over 2000 years. When our body is disturbed due to age, trauma, poor diet, medications, stress, hereditary conditions, environmental factors or excessive emotional issues, then illness results. Acupuncture is the administration of hair-thin needles into specific places on the body to naturally stimulate the body to heal, regulate, and return itself to normal function. Acupuncture focuses on correcting these imbalances, which stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself. In other words, Acupuncture focuses on treating the factors that cause disease.

Community Acupuncture offers a supportive and accessible way to experience the benefits of acupuncture within a shared, quiet space. Treatments take place in a comfortable group setting, while seated in a reclining chair, allowing multiple people to receive care at the same time. This style of acupuncture is designed to make consistent care more available, with a sliding scale fee.

Cupping therapy is a traditional medical technique that uses glass cups applied to the skin to create gentle suction. This negative pressure stimulates circulation, moves qi (energy), releases muscle and fascial tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes. The circular marks that may appear after treatment are a natural result of increased circulation and typically fade within several days.  Cupping is commonly used to help relieve pain and tension and improve health.
