Yin Yoga Teacher Training

At Two Rivers, our Yin Yoga Teacher Training invites you into the deeper layers of this powerful practice—beyond the physical postures and into the wisdom of stillness, awareness, and mindful presence.

Led by Pamela Grosam, E-RYT® 500, YACEP educator, this training is rooted in over 30 years of experience in the healing arts and a deep devotion to Yin Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and embodied awareness.

Through this immersive experience, you will explore the foundations of Yin Yoga while learning how to create meaningful, intentional classes that support physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Whether you are beginning your journey as a Yin teacher or seeking to deepen your own personal practice, this training offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and discover the transformative power of Yin.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that nourishes the connective tissues, joints, and fascia while cultivating balance in the nervous system. By holding postures for longer periods of time, practitioners are invited to soften beyond the surface layers and explore a deeper mind-body-spirit connection.

This practice offers the perfect complement to more active "yang" styles of movement, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, running, or more athletic practices. Just as the body benefits from strength and activation, it equally requires stillness, release, and surrender to support true balance and overall well-being.

Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, listen inward, and honor the wisdom of stillness. It is both deeply restorative and profoundly transformative.

"I highly recommend the Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga Training with Pam. As a Yin teacher this course has taken my classes to a new level. I gained knowledge on the meridians and their function and how to accurately apply acupressure on myself and my students with ease. The training was extensive but executed well for someone new to this topic. I feel like I have the resources to create a multitude of unique classes that benefit my students. Thank you so much Pam and Brian!"
