Welcome to The Sacred Return - a soul-nourishing journey into the heart of Baja, where Earth Mother, the elements, and the wisdom of the Divine Feminine gently guide you back to yourself.
Here, life slows to the rhythm of the tides and the rising sun. Mornings begin with movement and intention. Days unfold with spaciousness, rest, and moments of wonder. Evenings gather us in sacred circle through sound, ritual, meditation, and heartfelt connection.
As each day passes, you'll remember what it feels like to live from your heart instead of your schedule... to listen to your intuition instead of the noise... to feel grounded, supported, and deeply connected to yourself and the women walking beside you.
This is not about escaping your life.
It is about remembering your true nature.

Our arrival day includes a beautiful visit to Rancho Santa Rita Hot Springs for guests arriving by 11:00 a.m. local time.

Why I Created The Sacred Return
The Sacred Return is a reflection of my own journey and the kind of space I once longed for—a place where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply be.
Baja has held a special place in my heart for many years. It was here, while completing my yoga teacher training and deepening my own spiritual path, that I experienced the profound healing that can happen when we step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse ourselves in the wisdom of nature. There is something extraordinary about the meeting of the desert and the sea.
The stillness, the spaciousness, and the rhythm of this land have a way of gently bringing us back to ourselves.
There comes a time in many women's lives when the constant doing begins to feel unsustainable. We long for quiet. For nature. For genuine connection. For a place where we don't have to perform, fix, or hold everything together.
I created The Sacred Return as that place.
For nearly three decades, I've had the privilege of walking beside others on their healing journeys through Eastern bodywork, yoga, Tai Chi, sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive guidance. Along the way, I've witnessed the incredible transformation that happens when women are given permission to rest, reconnect with nature, and remember who they are beneath the busyness of everyday life.
The Sacred Return brings together everything I love about this work into one sacred week—a gentle invitation to reconnect with the Earth, awaken your inner wisdom, and remember the wholeness that has always been within you.

All retreat investments are per person and include:

Traveling solo? You're in wonderful company.
Many women join our retreats on their own, often arriving as strangers and leaving with lifelong friendships. If you choose a shared room, you'll be thoughtfully paired with another guest to create a comfortable, supportive, and welcoming experience.

For those seeking a little more space, The Villa offers a beautifully appointed stand-alone residence with a spacious great room, full kitchen, dining area, and inviting outdoor shower and living space.

Reserve Your Place
A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your space for The Sacred Return. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat. Because this is an intimate gathering with limited accommodations, we encourage reserving your place early.
