About Us
Two Rivers Healing Arts was created as a sanctuary for restoration, connection, and transformation — a place where the healing arts come together to support the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
After a two-year spiritual sabbatical devoted to deepening their healing practices, Pamela and Brian Grosam returned to Minnesota with renewed clarity and purpose. Together they envisioned a space where ancient healing traditions, modern understanding of the nervous system, and intuitive energetic practices could flow together in harmony.
Like two rivers merging into one, their paths represent different streams of healing wisdom. Brian’s background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture complements Pamela’s decades of work in Yoga, bodywork, sound healing, and intuitive energy practices.
Today, Brian continues his work in acupuncture research at the Mayo Clinic and sees private patients at Two Rivers on select Saturdays, while Pamela guides the daily rhythm of the studio through yoga classes, sound healing, private sessions, and community gatherings.
As Two Rivers continues to grow, we are honored to welcome additional practitioners into the space. Sarah Miklos will be joining us part-time, offering community acupuncture and supporting the expansion of acupuncture services within the studio.
At Two Rivers, we offer a variety of experiences designed to support your personal healing journey. These include yoga classes, sound healing immersions, private healing sessions, acupuncture, seasonal workshops, and community gatherings that invite you to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.
Whether you arrive seeking movement, deep rest, energetic alignment, or simply a quiet place to reconnect with yourself, Two Rivers exists as a welcoming space where healing can unfold naturally.
We believe healing happens in many forms — through movement, stillness, sound, and community.

Brian Grosam
"At the heart of my work, I value the exchange that unfolds in every treatment; the patient benefits, and I benefit by receiving knowledge and experience in return. For me, acupuncture is not only about technique, but about cultivating connection, integrity, and trust within each therapeutic relationship."

Sarah Miklos
"I believe healing should be accessible, supportive, and rooted in real connection. I create a space where people can slow down, be heard and receive care that helps their bodies move toward balance - not just manage symptoms. By offering both private and community acupuncture, I aim to meet people where they are and make this work available to more of our community."
