1. Use of Website & Services

By using this website or our services, you confirm that:

  • You will use our website and services for lawful purposes only

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or purchasing

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

Two Rivers Acupuncture, Yoga & Sound Healing offers:

  • Acupuncture and Chinese medicine services

  • Yoga classes and series

  • Teacher trainings and workshops

  • Sound healing sessions and events

  • Monthly yoga memberships

  • Online bookings and registrations

All services are intended to support general wellness and personal growth and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Health & Personal Responsibility

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • You will inform us of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations prior to participation.

  • You understand that yoga, acupuncture, and body-based practices carry inherent risks.

Always listen to your body and modify or discontinue participation as needed.

4. Bookings, Payments & Memberships, Appointments & Classes

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Memberships:

  • Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Memberships may be paused or canceled in accordance with the specific membership terms listed at purchase

Teacher Trainings & Workshops

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

  • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full

  • Missed sessions may not be refunded or credited

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Appointments: Please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

  • Classes, workshops, and trainings are non-refundable

We understand that life happens and may make exceptions at our discretion.

6. Online Payments & Security

All online payments are processed securely through Wix and its approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Class descriptions

  • Training materials

  • Manuals and written content

is the property of Two Rivers Acupuncture, Yoga & Sound Healing LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
