Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga
A signature method created by Pamela Grosam. Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga blends long-held Yin postures with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory and acupressure to support the body’s natural healing processes. As the body settles into each shape, meridian-focused guidance and gentle acupressure techniques help release stagnation, encourage the flow of Qi and promote emotional and energetic balance. A unique aspect of this practice is the incorporation of hands-on acupressure offered by the instructor during class. Students may receive gentle acupressure and supportive touch to specific points on the meridians while resting in the postures, enhancing relaxation, a deeper sense of healing, and body awareness. Participation in hands-on adjustments is always optional. This deeply grounding and meditative practice is ideal for those seeking a slower, therapeutic experience that supports healing from the inside out.
Best for: Therapeutic healing, learning meridians & points, hands-on acupressure
