Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing a long‑held practice, my offerings are designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and nourish your spirit.

Meet Pamela

Intuitive healer, YACEP educator, and certified practitioner in multiple healing modalities with nearly three decades of experience. My background includes Shiatsu and Tuina, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Medical Qigong, Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy, Raindrop Therapy, and Essential Oils. Over the years, I’ve woven these practices together to create grounded, heart‑centered experiences that honor both ancient wisdom and modern needs. In 2019, I created Acu Meridi‑Yin Yoga, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory and acupressure into the Yin Yoga classroom - a practice and training I continue to teach and share today. My teaching is intuitive, compassionate, and rooted in creating safe spaces for healing, presence, and transformation.

​Yoga Classes at Two Rivers

Our yoga classes are intentionally designed to be accessible, nourishing, and supportive, meeting you exactly where you are.

We offer Gentle Flow Yoga - A mindful, slow‑moving practice that links breath with gentle movement to improve mobility, circulation, and ease in the body. Yin Yoga - A deeply meditative practice using longer‑held postures to target the connective tissues, support joint health and encourage energetic balance through the meridians and Restorative Yoga - a profoundly calming practice using props to fully support the body, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to rest and restore.

Special Workshops & Healing Experiences

Throughout the year, we offer special workshops and immersive experiences that go beyond the traditional yoga class, including:

  • Emotional Healing Yoga experiences by combining the power of essential oils and Yoga

  • Gong Yoga Nidra for deep yogic rest.

  • Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga - Acupressure‑inspired yin yoga classes and training.

  • Sacred and seasonal workshops designed for deep release and renewal

These offerings are created to support emotional balance, energetic clearing, and deeper self‑awareness.

Sound Healing & Sound Immersions

Sound healing is a cornerstone of our work. Our Healing Sound Immersions use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other sacred instruments to guide participants into deep states of relaxation and energetic alignment.

These experiences support stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner stillness - allowing sound to do the work while you simply receive.

Yoga Trainings & Immersions

For those wishing to deepen their personal practice or expand their teaching skills, we offer yoga trainings and immersive learning experiences throughout the year. Our Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings explore the yin postures and how to teach them effectively, Yin Yoga philosophy and an introduction to the meridians and foundational theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our signature Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga training builds upon this foundation by deepening meridian study and integrating acupressure into the Yin practice with hands on development and practical application techniques. Whether you are a yoga teacher, bodyworker, or dedicated student, these experiences are designed to support both professional growth and personal transformation.

Retreats

Our retreats offer a sacred pause from everyday life, an opportunity to step away, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment. Blending yoga, sound healing, ritual, rest, and building community, our retreats are thoughtfully curated to support deep renewal, emotional healing, and soulful connection.
