Insurance Coverage Responsibility
Patients are responsible for verifying their acupuncture benefits with their insurance provider prior to their appointment. Coverage varies by plan, and not all insurance policies include acupuncture benefits. Any services not covered by insurance, including copays, deductibles, or denied claims, are the patient’s responsibility and must be paid out of pocket at the time of service.
