Join licensed acupuncturist Sarah Miklos and Pamela for this deeply restorative afternoon blending acupuncture and sound healing to support relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Gentle acupuncture points are chosen to calm the nervous system, encourage the smooth flow of qi, and support the body’s natural healing processes. While the needles rest, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound waves from crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of deep rest.

For your comfort, we'll have a limited number of zero gravity chairs available in addition to floor mats. Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. However, if you have a medical condition or physical limitation that makes lying on the floor difficult, please reach out before the event and we'll do our best to reserve a chair for you.
