Restorative Yoga Soundbath with the New Moon Energy

This evening weaves together supported Restorative Yoga poses and an immersive sound bath healing experience.

We’ll settle in and create space for deep rest and gentle release through long-held, supported poses. As the body softens into each posture, the vibrations of sound will guide you inward—quieting the mind, calming the nervous system, and creating space to simply be.

Allow this practice to ground you, restore you, and gently guide you back home. 💙
