Join licensed acupuncturist Sarah Miklos and Pamela for this deeply restorative evening blending acupuncture and sound healing to support relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Gentle acupuncture points are chosen to calm the nervous system, encourage the smooth flow of qi, and support the body’s natural healing processes. While the needles rest, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound waves from crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of deep rest.

For your comfort, we'll have a limited number of zero gravity chairs available, along with floor mats. Chairs are offered on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. You're welcome to choose whatever support feels best for your body.

No prior experience with acupuncture or sound healing is necessary - simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
